Has XP been nerfed since 1.5 patch came out

I might be crazy here but ZoS has admitted that xp gain are lower than they intended after 1.5 was released but I have noticed that my xp gains have continued to drop over the last couple of days.
I am a V2 DK and have been grinding V1 mobs in the same area. Right after patch they were giving 455xp each, yesterday they started giving 438xp, now this morning they are only giving 415xp. Is the game somehow punishing me for "grinding" and not turning in nerfed quests?

I know the patch itself changed the xp gains but I am talking about gains still falling post patch.0 -

✭Noticed this too... first mobs were giving 638 exp (800+ with inspiration) ... yesterday it was 607 ... this morning it was 573 ... same area, same mobs, soloed only - no change in level inbetween.
... have not been doing much other stuff lately as I have no quests left my character could possibly do without abusing her role- so there won't be any quests for me till craglorn. Since this is the case, I really would like to know wether I should be prepared for exps droping even further.2 -

✭edit: Did some testing over the last days and the problem seems solved. Mobs give constant experience again.
edits edit: back to varying exps :-( ... yesterday 633exps/kill (like in the days before) and today 557exps/kill (i did not level up inbetween!)
