Anyone Else Find the Craft Certification NPC Dialog Stiff?

I'm really enjoying the concept of craft certifications and the accompanying writs; however every time I interact with the NPC who gives the Certs (either of the two), I can't help but feel the dialog is akward/stiff. Anyone else feel this way?
