So a Vampire NB here and typically use Mist form as my last attempt get away ability in PvP. I noticed last night that my magicka was not regenerating if I was considered in combat. I don't recall that being the case but maybe I just never paid attention before? Just wanted to see if something had changed or if I just never noticed that fact though it seems unlikely since it eats up a lot of magicka quickly when not regenerating.
