So, there is an NPC in Wayrest named Grigitte Daillon who is just standing by the fountain, completely naked (save for the painted on undergarments) with no hair and standard NPC audio.
Now, here is my wild theory: She isn't supposed to be there. Instead, she is a remnant of a possible test with the next patch, possibly the Justice System, as they were testing some of the systems for it on the PTS during the 1.5, and I do recall her standing in the exact same spot, but with armor on, and don't recall seeing here anywhere else. There you go, my wild and hopeful theory on an NPC that looks like they shouldn't be where they are.

✭Actually, I am not so sure that her audio is standard NPC audio, sounds a bit different.0
