What about healers that are more than 5 levels below

So if you are more than 5 levels below the highest level person you have to do a percentage of the damage to get credit. However, this leaves healers out in the cold. I do NO damage when I'm healing (or practically none) how about a percentage of the damage or a percentage of the heals?

No, this is a problem unique to the new dungeon scaling. I'm a vet 1 healer and went into the dungeon first so all the mobs were vet 1. The other members of the group were vet 14. It used to be that *they* would get no xp and I would. However, with the new scheme that you need to do a percentage of the damage if other members of the group are more than 5 levels above you I now get no credit.

yes, In the past it did. However, this is unique to the 1.5 patch and dungeon scaling. If you are all in 5 levels of each other you get credit just fine. however if you have even one character above that range you have to do a percentage of the damage to get credit.0 -

No, this is no longer true. if there is a character more than levels higher than you (or even more than 5 of the lowest member) the only way you get xp is by doing a certain amount of damage.
I know I ran through a vet 1 dungeon as a vet 1 healer and all the other players were vet 14 and I got 0 xp (except for the dungeon completion quest)
