I am not complaining about the removal of forward camps. I am OK with that. My main angst comes from the fact that ZOS didn't come up with any changes/additions to make up for the huge amount of PvP downtime that most of us are experiencing.

Here are a few ideas that that I am throwing out there.........

Rezzing - this has to be improved
  • Cut the rez time up to 50%. This can be an alliance war passive up to 3 points.
  • Add a small AoE rez to Alliance war skills - this can be up to 3 players in a small area and cost 2 soul gems.
  • Allow soul gems to be purchased with AP. Pretty much everyone has already brought this up
  • Gain AP for rezzing

Speed
Allow horse speed to increase 1% for each VR level

    lots are also maxing undaunted to get the passives... should be back to normal after that

    Haven't seen any of the popular sites get updated yet but from the patch notes.

    Undaunted

    Added two new passives to this skill line:

    Undaunted Command: This passive will allow you to regain health, magicka, and stamina when activating a synergy ability.

    Undaunted Mettle: This passive increases your health, magicka, and stamina when wearing different types of armor.

    Xnemesis, I guess it depends on the % of increase/gain but I don't really see any major impact to Cyrodiil downtime except maybe you are alive a few seconds longer.

    personally, a change I would like to see is that when rezzing, the soul gem is removed from the player wo died, not the player who helps.

    while not 100% logical from a lore point of view, this change would stop penalizing "helpful people" for rezzing random players...

    This makes as much sense to me as heal spells using the magicka pool of the person your healing.

    As a "helpful person" I'm already willing to spend the gems to rez someone. I of course benefit from keeping my group alive, I just need them to pay it forward. With the new change, in practice, I'm seeing a lot of rezzing going on already. The only time it doesn't seem to happen is when the corpse is in a dangerous spot, or no one around with gems is left alive.


    In regards to ap for soul gems, it's not a bad idea. The price would need to be a bit steeper than the cost in gold, like the other things you can buy with both, and given you can vendor gems for gold.
