Im a quite shy type of guy abit anti social, and dont know anyone in ESO, iv been mainly soloing everything so far but im at a point that i would like to join a PvE guild that is willing to help me out in getting dungeons done and the achievements in those dungeons along with getting craglorn and upper craglorn quests done. So if you think that your guild WILL do these things hit me up in game im Nameless420.

Hello there. My handle in-game is HeroOfEvbof and I am the guild master for The Guardians.
I have Social Anxiety Disorder and this cuts across numerous aspects of gaming for me including forums and chat. Thus I played various Elder Scroll games such as Oblivion and Skyrim, but avoided WoW until invited by a face-to-face friend I trusted implicitly.
When Elder Scrolls announced I knew I would need a guild but I also knew that it had to be a guild where I wouldn't get trolled, flamed or otherwise put out. In my google search I found http://www.guardianhq.com
I took a good look at its history and its charter. It was a guild that had been around since 2002. Given that much time I felt that they must have a strong corps of problem solvers, people that can mediate disputes and keep things civil. The Charter reinforced this concept: especially The Code (which emphasizes Camaraderie, Honor, Maturity, Loyalty, Integrity and Duty).
I joined during beta. It took some time for me to warm up, but the Guild Leader at the time specifically and personally reached out to me to get me more involved in group content. The chat channel and the forums were pretty much drama free so I had already opened up on those.
As the current Guild Leader, I continue his good work of reaching out to people. I am a teacher by both profession and by nature. My toon dies a ton, I am not a good player. However, I still complete content because I can learn on the fly what mistakes I am making in that specific situation. I have helped several members of our guild do the same thing, learn what is going wrong at that specific moment.
This is what makes a good Guardian. Can you learn and can you teach? Many of our top raiders do both. Normally I would step in to stop any trolling and any flaming but I have yet to see any from our guild in either chat, forums or on our voice server. We have a very tricky recruitment and application process that tends to filter out people who are prone to be hurtful.
I invite you to join us. Check out http://www.guardianhq.com/teso. If you like what you see, send an in-game mail to me @HeroOfEvbof.
