Aldmeri Vice is a group of eight core individuals (most of which played other games together) that have been PvPing together for the better part of two years.

We currently have approximately 15 active members (active meaning having played with us in the last month), with about 10 daily members that log in at different times. All of us PvP as a primary gameplay mode. PvE is only done for leveling or getting something needed for PvP.

Our primary modes of gameplay are small group engagements, ganking, and the occasional zerg bust (usually on keep defense). On any given night we will run a 2-6 man team, rarely more, and sometimes we run solo.

We are seeking to add about four new members to round us out to a more sizeable force, and we are especially interested in dedicated healers and utility sorcerers.

With the prevalence of the zergball, a small squad cannot always accomplish the goals we set for ourselves, though we do try and get our kills as we go. Our campaigns change as needed but we do primarily play on Thornblade with occasional excursions to the buff campaigns.

There are five requirements you must meet.

1. You must be able to use voice comms (and have a working mic, for small group this is an absolute must). We have our own teamspeak server channel hosted by our parent multi-game guild Crossfleet.
2. You must know the map, locations, and how to play your class. We are not a teaching guild, we are a doing guild. New things we of course learn together, but we expect people to have a good grasp of existing mechanics already. Vice is not the guild for you if you are brand new to PvP.
3. You must be Aldmeri Dominion primarily. Alts in other factions are okay, but we will not tolerate spying either for our benefit or for the enemies benefit. If you are a known primary DC/EP player, I apologize but you most likely would be declined. Only extraordinary circumstances may change this, such as people we have known for quite a while.
4. You must be able to provide for yourself. This means we don't do handouts, though we will help with set gear (whites) if we have the traits on our crafters. We will also help with upgrades if you supply the tempers. PvP is expensive to gear for and we don't have the resources to support others. The guild bank is a storage unit for the officers and is generally not made available to the members (though if there is something in there you'd like, ask, it is possible its just collecting dust).
5. You must be willing to work as a team, not as an individual. We expect things like group synergies, cross healing, situational awareness, and rezzing each other. We also expect AP earned with us to be spent on siege as needed.

If you can fit the above requirements and have a genuine want to smash some serious purple faction, you can contact any of the below guild officers for an invite to teamspeak so we can get to know you. If that goes well, we will bring you onboard for a trial run with us, and if we feel you fit our team, we will bring you on board. We want quality, not quantity.
