Thinking on dumping Vamp for WW for stamina regen But my question is..

As title says, I have enjoyed my lv10 Vamp but I find myself enjoying my stamina build for leveling and was thinking on using the WW new passive %15 stamina regen increase, as the patch says...

"Having the Werewolf skill line now increases your Stamina regeneration by 15% in both Human and Werewolf forms. (You do not need to have a Werewolf ability on your skill bar.)"

Does this work right away after you become a WW or do you need to level it at all?
Also do you get a weakness to poison even as a human with the skill line or do you need to be in WW form to have that vulnerability?

Also do any of you plan on utilizing this new stat increase. I mean I think that alone makes WW viable since Vamp now has a few things going against it. Specially in pvp.

I think that 15% regen boost just for having WW skill line is not a bad trade off ...

You get the buff once you become a WW. You take 50% more damage from poison in both forms.

Until you work out the Argonian passive, Argonian Resistance (Increases maximum health by 3% and poison and disease resistance by X) only increases your max health and does nothing for your resistance.
