    Tried to change into WW during the final Mage's Guild quest, and 3 times the Ultimate was used up but didn't change, also is Devour actually ADDING time to werewolf form, or subtracting?!

    [bug] You aren't able to interrupt heavy attacks that enemies are casting (pvp)

    You never have been able to since launch. They arent spells or abilities and are variable in strength

    Heavy attack with ALL weapons have been interruptable since launch. They no longer are after 1.5 and I do hope this is a bug because bashing someone doing a heavy attack added a layer of skill to the combat and prevented them from gaining stamina for a successful melee attack or magicka from a successful staff heavy attack.

    Im apt to believe that is false.

    I personally remember having a 2h heavy attack being interrupted not too long before 1.5 dropped, then commenting to the player who killed me why I never heavy attack in pvp.

    So, I'm apt to believe my own experiences, but I suppose it's not as easy for others to just take one's word for it. ;)

    Heavy attacks were always interruptable, esp Staff Ones

    The fact you can't bash them right now is rather silly..Templars right now can basically just spam Blazing Shield and Restro Heavy and you can't really stop them from doing it.

    ZOS_GinaBruno Werewolf abilities not leveling. You can gain levels in werewolf but none of the skills gain IP.

    A strange thing happens with the new facial animations combined with an add-on. If the add-on uses the EVENT_CHATTER_BEGIN event and calls either GetChatterGreeting() or GetChatterData() within the event function then there is a 4-5 second delay in voice sound and the facial animations do not work. I've confirmed this with some testing...commenting out either function results in normal facial animations without a delay.

    The add-on in question is uespLog (see source code).

    To replicate the behaviour just use the following code:

    Did you update them? They're all out of date, and the "use out-of-date" checkbox is set to unchecked; this is now standard procedure for big updates. That means there aren't any addons loaded, so naturally the settings box would be empty.

    Several of mine have already been updated (Wykkyd's Framework, for example), so those show up as usual in the addon settings window.

    Many of the addons will no longer work or are causing problems with the new update. If the addon menu says out of date those are the ones to look at. The QuickSlot Bar is no longer working at all and will cause UI errors if you are using it. FTC is out of date but is working and not causing problems as far as I can tell. My other ones that were out of date I just unchecked until an update is posted.
    This sucks. ZOS please start adding some of these to the UI, at least as an option so we don't have to rely on third party addons.

    It still breaks if you have a dot on an enemy. Not sure about all dots but definitely was breaking for me. Why they thought that anything should break a 2.5 second spell at all is beyond me. Just make the darn thing unbreakable to anything already. I swear ZOS thinks it's a lot better than it really is.

    anyways. Its better that they don't get interrupted anyways or else the new 2h trait is even more shot than it already is for PvP. They might as well change that trait now if they want to make heavy attacks interruptible. PvP is constant interrupt spam and constant CC spam. Theres no way that trait would be viable in that type of setting, or heavy attacks of for any weapon. Its better as is.

    Why? Because the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence, good sir.

    I do take your word that you've never had your heavy attacks interrupted, that's very possible, I never stated otherwise.

    However as I said in my absence of evidence bit, that isn't to be taken as evidence that it doesn't happen at all. You're presenting a lack of evidence of uninterruptability, rather than any evidence of a lack of interruptability. (Forgive my excessive use of semantics, just tryin to prove a point here)

    When someone says they have seen a giraffe in their life insisting they exist, one would logically assume to believe that person rather than person who says to the contrary that they have never seen a giraffe, and insist they don't exist as a consequence of said observation.

    Something similar seems to be happening here. If I could go back in time to 1.4 and create videoproof for you, I would :)

    However, keep in mind, I'm not discounting the possibility that we may be better off this way, as you suggest. I'm merely contending the fact that it was once one way, and now it is another, and we weren't told, leading many to believe it's a bug and/or unintended.

    After all this, do you still believe that there were any weapontype's heavy attacks which could not be interrupted before 1.5?
    Or was it implied that you concede that point? You didn't quite state a position on one side or another in that rebutting post, only that you're in favor of whatever it is like now.

    Would be nice to get an acknowledgement of the many sounds that are now completely broken. There have been at least three threads on this that I know of.

    Looting bags and depositing items in the bank I can confirm NEVER play ANY sound. This is after relogging, repairing, and disabling addons, and checking to make sure all my volume levels were up in the options.

    Others have reported MANY other sounds are broken. I have run into various of these which seem intermittent, but the bags and bank is all the time.

    On PTS you had to create a specific glyph at what I presume to be current level. You can't just create any glyph of the same name.

    I suggested that they be more specific about which glyph they wanted in feedback.

    Apparently the dungeons scale to the highest player level, not to the group leader level.
    We went to Volenfell set in normal mode with a group of 3 players: a VR1, a VR7 and a VR9. VR1 was the group leader. The dungeon scaled up to VR9.
    The workaround was to have the VR1 enter the dungeon alone and invite us in the group.

    Edit: Tested again today and it looks OK. Maybe the problem was because the VR9 player game crashed when he enter the dungeon first time.

    Anyway, it is clear now that it was a temporary problem.

    Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.

    I don't run addons. Audio does not work for opening containers. On occasion my characters run in an odd shuffling manner. This can be corrected by stopping in tracks then running again--cosmetic. I also am very interested in a response to the current XP situation that many veterans are reporting in other threads.

    I think your dungeon finder is broken. I haven't been able to find a group in 4 hours of waiting. The day before I couldn't find a group in 3 hours of waiting – and this is with the new daily dungeons... so you'd think there would be /some/ excitement around them and people who want to queue up...

    That ability only works for your light and heavy attacks. Both a friend and I had asked this about a month apart before this update and this is what CS said. Also tested it out right after I had asked and realized it only gave me crits on my light and heavy attacks. Also don't believe it ever showed up on the stat sheet.

    I managed to break the clothier quest the first time I tried it, I refined and then made gloves and then spoke with the lady. She just kept saying something about singing.
    When I cancelled out of the quest, and then redid it, I followed instructions exactly and it went the way it was supposed to.

    I did the same thing first time. Reminds me of the Blacksmith in Riverwood, Skyrim (From TES5:Skyrim) who asks you to do the crafting steps 1-by-1 and bring the result to him before further progressing it.

    I expect he means that now they scale you can no longer outlevel them and do them in a smaller group if you do not have access to an active guild.

    [bug] In VR City of Ash, when the bridge before last boss is destroyed, if you're using speed buff/horse (trying to get speed achievement), there are two fire atronachs that go up each side to the pilars you have to defend. If you're too fast and you catch up on the fire atronachs before they reach the top, the will foccus you. They are: "Unfocussable, unkillable, doing damage, following you up untill the last boss". Only way we found to get rid of it is having 3 people sneak and the one holding aggro to go die.

    Fix: Fire Attro should not agro players or should be targetable/killable.

    [bug] It seems that blocking is not working with Banished Cells 2nd boss (Imril). Tested using Sword & Mace, there is no longer any sound "bump" animation when the boss autoattacks and (supposedly) hits the shield. Damage seems quite high while wearing full VR14 Heavy Armor (loosing 500 health+ per hit). Will add video tonight about this issue.

    Getting no experience while in werewolf form makes leveling new skills kinda hard to do I have tried doing different mobs different locations seems like the only way I can get my werewolf skills to move is transform when I turn in my kill quest in cyrodill

    The facial animations for some npcs is not very well done. Most often, their lips clip into each other and overlap. The lips look like they disappear when closed but still move. Looks weird.

    Also this is one of the most glitchy of all patches. Your combat responsiveness that you were going for is not all that well done. It's constantly lagging and glitch even when in just a pve area fighting one enemy. I've encountered lots of zombie enemies that stay alive after death and ghost enemies that hit me before the area loads while moving. Also tons of sound effects are not working.

    Sad to say but the game ran smoother before update 5. I foresee lots of hotfixes and future fixes for update 5.

    I spent time in Alik’r Desert last night. All the containers in all of the dungeons were empty, not just the dwemer ruins.
    "We have found a cave, but I don't think there are warm fires and friendly faces inside."
