As a casual player I was satisfied that at one point I had a char max level and near max crafting with almost all motifs and I pretty much lost interest. Then ESO discovered DLC's and now my main is just a wanabe and I am happily pulled back into the game.1 -

Origin✭✭✭That is an awesome screen capture. It is also highlighting a problem. There are not enough dwemer dungeons in the game. And all the delves are now full of people farming.
I had flashbacks about the bots from the beginning of the game seeing a group of v14 going in circles in one of these delves rooms. 2 -

I don't know how people consistently find motifs at all. I have played through VR1, searching every nightstand, dresser, trunk, etc. I came across (I even farmed them a few times in cities) and I think I found the motifs for maybe 3 other races. I had to buy all the rest. And ZOS must use the most bizarre "random" number generator in the world, because I found something like 4-5 Kajiit motiifs, 2-3 Argonian motifs, one Dunmer motif--and not one Breton, Orc, Redguard, Bosmer, or Altmer motif.
And even in the Vet zones, I'm not even DREAMING at this point of finding any of the really rare ones.
Of course, I hear the stories on here of players claiming to be able to get almost every racial motif on one farming run. But I suspect that a lot of these are the same players who claim they beat Molag Bal at level three, naked, with a level one dagger.
Maybe some players are just really lucky. Or maybe they've found an exploit. Or maybe they're roommates with a ZOS developer. Whatever the case, I sure ain't one of them.2 -

It's in the dwemer ruins not the towns. You have to look in the jugs, pots, chests ect ect.0 -

This is not an exploit to the best of my knowledge. It is just a really big room that has multiple 2 or 3 mob spawn points. All we were doing was running around the edge of the room to get their attention and then bringing them to the center of the room. This is not exploiting a single spawn point. Also we still had to wait between pulls until the spawns were up again.1 -

I could have beaten Molag Bal at lv3 but I'm cute and Zenimax Online Studios loves to hold my hand. 6k+ divines blessed swallow soul heal too OP. Why even have a health bar on that fight?

I trip over them. I find 1 to 3 of them each day as I log in and out of my Mules who have hirelings. I take them each on a box run in two buildings (3 are in the same town, one is in Davons Watch). My Mains get them too farming the building in their crafting hub.
I have sold over 60 of the things, I have a full set of 9 on one mule in case I ever level another crafter. I have more than 25 right now on a character as the Guild Stores are saturated with them so no purpose in selling them.
In other words, if someone wants a common Motif, I can sell them to you cheap. Like 200 Gold Cheap. I think the only one I don't have an extra of right now is 6 Redguard.

derpsticks✭✭✭✭I happen to think that the dwemer motif page drop rate is slightly too high. At the very least there is something wrong with the drop rate from urns now. Since 1.5 I have found 2 dwemer pages, 2 daedric books, and 1 ancient elf book. Something isn't quite right about the drop rates.0

derpsticks✭✭✭✭I would personally like to see daedric pages drop in daedric ruins and from anchors. I would also like the full daedric book to be as rare as imperial/dwemer book. I'd also love it if they did the same for each of the rare motif books.0
