Would you like to see the ability to craft visual effects into armor and weapons made available?

Id like to be able to add visual effects to armor and weapons..like a flame..or ice frost etc. Would you like to be able to do that as well? Post below what type of visual effect you would like to add to your own armor or see on others.

Fire effects (or other elements) on Armour are just plain not the The Elder Scrolls.

It can look good, but this is the wrong franchise for it.

I agree. Let's keep this as low fantasy as possible, please.

Sorry, but yes they are. Ive already seen lava effects on swords ,fire effects on staffs green orb effects on armor. Its the next logical step to allow us to make our own.

Elemental energy (Fire, Lightning, etc) on weapons has been in the Elder Scrolls for years.

It has never been on Armour though. Not sure what Green Orb effect you saw on Armour, so I can't comment on that.

theres an armor set out now that has green orbs floating like pollen around the wearer. Temporary buffs cause lightning effects on gloves and fire effects on armor etc..(but its temporary) Im not saying i wanna see neon lights flashing on armor..something subtle but nevertheless Ive seen it already in game.

many many armor has visual effects in elderscrolls history and single player games.

in this pic we see just one effect of spell protection "constant effect" built perminantly into sul matuuls armor, and btw he is the leader of the ashlanders in morrowind.

heres a few from morrowind that had many various visual effects in the link below
these artifacts include both daedric as well as simple artifacts of the dead.

As weapons can have an added "Damage Type" it would make sense that a weapon could have some added effect (which they do now) but armor and shields have no such attributes, jewelry may, but it would not show.
Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...
