'The Steed' Boon. Useless?

What's the point of The Steed stone in ESO? The speed increase is barely even noticeable and haven't seen any benefit from using the stone. Anyone been able to utilize it to make it's use worthwhile?

Edit: At least add to it like extra inventory space. Like an extra 50 or something. Or reduce the cost of sprinting by 'x' percent.

Currently missing a Stamina Recovery mundus stone - the steed would make a good one.

About as useful as Lord at VR levels. Things like Crit far outweigh 100 Hit points.

Two of my characters (the two highest levels I have) are having The Steed activated. I also have a few items with the Mundus Stone increase effect trait. When I play with any of my other characters, I can clearly feel the difference, the others feel like I'm sneaking, at least compared to The Steed users ;)

But, I'd actually prefer certain other Mundus Stones, I wish the movement speed could be added by an enchantment instead (but doesn't exist).

It's noticeable, especially if you use 'divines" traits on your armor.

If you use a build based around mobility or Sneaking, it has a particularized usage. Hit and run archers get the most out of it. Stealth users typically use it to maintain distance and revive teammates as the front moves.
Like Vizier, I use Mundus as my armor trait and typically switch to steed when responding to calls for reinforcements. I only use steed when we are losing a location though.

Would anybody use that even? I have never seen anyone really advocate using the magicka one at least, as most people seem to either go for thief/shadow or mainstat.

I would, it would be useful for builds that have a low stamina regen to make up the deficit. Though the bonus would probably be too low to matter.
