Hello everyone,

as one of the officers of the italian ESO guild "WarInc", i'd like to share with you our "Alliance" project for organized PvP warfare.

First of all, we are a multigaming community involved in ESO, GW2 and ArchAge. The guild moved its first steps in 2008 on the beloved game Warhammer - Age of Reckoning and since then, our tag has just meaned "War is everywhere". We have always enjoyed massive big scale PvP, that's why we got on ESO and that's why i'm starting this thread.

Our vision of massive PvP includes organization, dedication, will and...FUN! Yes, because this an invitation for those who enjoy spend their nights valuing quality over quantity. At the moment we have a core group of about 20/25 active members, we usually are able to fill 3/4 groups on our scheduled nights during the week and we are really looking around for more pact guilds to fight by our side.

Requirements:

-to join TS(or similar), fast comunication is vital, raid leaders will be named night by night, according to guild officers' instructions and feedbacks...we are here to co-operate and achieve success. We'll do it by working together towards the same direction. We have our own TS server, which we would be happy to share with you during raiding nights.

-GUILDS

We want GROUPS of people who know each other and who work together. Groups, not zergs or guilds' invite spammer. Your former experiences are not important, we are happy to help those who will be sharing our goals. It's even easier if you are a tough long time group of veterans but feel like your ranks are bit thinier than you would need to really dominate each battle.

- our prime time is at late evening, at the moment our organized schedule is made of 3 days per week and we are switching campaigns depending on few different factors. There is no doubt that Thornblade at the moment has the best portion of PvP, most balanced, most active etc...unfortunately, certain nights the campaign is unplayble as it's full beyond any limit . So we try to switch a bit depending on situations...when possible we go to Thornblade otherwise we jump somewhere else looking for fights in a stable game enviroment. Azura is quite interesting, quite one sided but we had some good battles there and we feel like, with a bit more of numbers, we can really make our position there.

-ORGANIZATION...listening, following instructions and sharing builds are part of being a successful group. We are used to do this and the ones we are looking for have to embrace this concept. Numbers are important but acting by following a plan and with the correct setup, it's still what matters the most. With a group of 20 people knowing what to do, you can face nearly every situation out there.

This is not a takeover, everyone will keep his own guild. Nothing written here is meant to be LAW, we just want to meet more groups with the same playstyle or groups who would like to have this approach but haven't been able yet. So if you think this proposal is interesting and if you feel like talking about this, please let me know!

These are the BASIS of what we would like to do out there and an alliance would make us all just way more effective. As already said before, we are open to talks, if there is something similar already running on EU server, please inform me and we would be happy to consider joining you.

If not, then don't be shy, ESO really needs to step up concerning team play, i'm aware about the fact that many PvP oriented organized guilds have left shortly after the release but we still believe there is more than blind zerging everything in your path.
