I needed to mention that while ZOS did fix the Deathwind set so it wouldn't cause the speed bug...NOW it knocks you on your back for 15 seconds?
No i can't find steps to run up and down in the middle of a field..sure i can jump up and down on my back but cant cast.
If you're not going to fix the Death wind set, please change the tooltip to state "Enemies are knocked back for 15 seconds and can do nothing."

✭This has nothing to do with the death wind set, it's the exact same bug that can happen when you get shield charged or any skill that can knock you down can cause you to get stuck on your back like this. It's happened to me many times from DK's shield charging me and using talons i get stuck on my back, can move around jump all on my back. Death Wind set can cause it and although much rarer, I've also had it happen when being knocked down by crystal fragments.
It's bug that we have had since the beta and still hasn't been fixed. Just like the stuck in combat bug i've been waiting for a fix since release.1 -

✭It finally got to me tonight. As a DK who uses Invasion ,I'm the first one to the target a lot of times...then I'm literally out of the fight til long after they're dead.
It went way beyond ridiculous tonight. On my back during a whole fight is just..well it's broken...still.
