Yeah, i saw that. But nothing about the bags. It is my understanding they were suppose to be introduced in 1.4...0 -

✭✭✭As of 1.5.1 which is on the PTS right now, there are no blue VR14 vendor bags.
That being said, 1.5.2 is being pushed to the live servers next week. We'll need to log in after the update to know for certain. I am not expecting these bags to arrive until the 1.6 update which I think will be the PVP and Imperial City update.0
