Where is the Database

So I've been searching online and cannot seem to find anything close to a good database. In previous mmos I have loved being able to look up weapons or gear and knowing how to get them. Hunting for the next best thing has always been my favorite part of any rpg and I find it difficult not having anything to go off of. I can't inspect players and or find anything online to know what I am even looking for. I understand I am probably going to receive some hate for this post but I am curious to what everyone else thinks

There are websites with them, but everybody has different favourites.

ESO FAshion has sets, including dropped sets and sets you get as rewards.

Other than that you need to google it, because as I said everyone looks in different places. (I personally don't look, apart from what the sets look like on ESO Fashion).
