Suggestion/Request for Focused Charge (and morphs)

I would like to suggest a removal or reduction of the cooldown (or animation delay?) of Focused Charge. The ability feels really gimpy.

Toppling charge has a really nice 1.5 second stun, but when it's used the animation lockout is almost that long, making it feel like you are stunned along with your target.

When you open with Explosive Charge in a PvE setting, most of the mobs run toward the healer before you can execute your next ability, causing some really sloppy pulls.

The ability is a decent gap closer and interrupt as it stands, but it would be much more useful and graceful if the animation felt a bit more like Critical Charge.

    Agreed, plus when you use it you end up either right on top of or behind the target. As is its a useless skill as Crit and Shield Charge are more reliable.

    This is hearsay so I don't know how reliable it is, but I heard the ridiculously long cool-down on the Toppling Charge skill was a "solution" Zenimax instituted to combat bots.

    I love this game but I hate when Zenimax willingly does nothing and allows unnecessary and inconsistent nerfs/stupidity to what are otherwise interesting skills. When I see shield charge have a 1.5 second cooldown, then I'll be convinced this global cooldown is for legitimate game balance reasons.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    I don't think this could be true. Why should bots even care about something like that?
