there an add-on or maybe even a missed setting by myself to create a 2'nd and more chat windows? I like to have my guild separate from zone and all that.

Ra1ne✭✭You can create new tabs in the standard UI by clicking the + button next to the word 'chat' in the chat frame, and then edit which channels you want from the cog symbol. But I believe you'll need what Garkin linked, for a separate frame0
