At the time, people assumed it would be tied to future DLC, and I haven't heard anything about it since Knights of the Nine dropped, so it might have been that Priory. I also never saw it first hand (I didn't care enough to track it down back then.) But, either way, that's what Pallmor's probably referring to.2 -

Apparently it was, people who played the betas have said they used to be able to make jewellery, but it was removed due to some issue, and it hasn't come back yet.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

I have this set equipped on my Templar, but I think I started to wear it after it was nerfed. Sneaking, I'm still slightly faster than running, was that different (even faster) before the nerf?
