To add: All magical actions are suppose to use Magicka, and all physical actions are supposed to use Stamina. The way its suppose to be anyway.
Because melee skills using magicka makes no sense, and it would screw up many builds.
On my DK tank, I reserve my stamina pool for blocking and taunting (Pierce Armor). If taunting to draw aggro used magicka.. that would just be... no.

There are class abilities that are just weapon swings, that use magica currently. Concealed weapon for one, killers blade for another.
