✭Dunno about a criminal skill line, but I hope when thieves guild and dark brotherhood get released they A.) Come with skill lines and B.) Take the sneaking passives out of medium armor and add them to thieves/DB skill lines. You're right. Save all those quest rewards for Ordinator gear, and just walk around Mournhold oddly like you need the toilet, sneering "We're watching you....scum." Happy days.
