How do you identify which Cyrodiil instance you are currently in?

Is there a way to tell which campaign you're in inside Cyrodiil at any given moment? Let's say I last played a few days ago, and I logged out in Cyrodiil. When I log back in how can I tell which one I'm in?

Also if i teleport into Cyrodiil directly from a wayshrine instead of queueing with the alliance war window, which one does it put me in by default? My home campaign, or the last campaign I entered (which might be a guest one)?

Press L and change the drop down from home to local.

What I would like to see is the Campaign name appear in the loading screen and the Friends List/Guild Roster. So it would say
Cyrodiil [Chillrend].
