Is recipe/matt farming for leveling still broken?

I tried to level cooking, but i could only find half the matts at any given point in the levelling process.
is this still the case? do you still have to buy from low levels?

Or use an alt around level 10 in your starting City to open all the crates and desks. It should get you to provisioning level 20, which is the hardest part.Edited by Gyudan on October 29, 2014 12:35AMWololo.0
