Why is 1.5 seen as a stam buff..

I have no idea from reading the patch notes
I get 10% less from crit charge, less from lethal arrow, read somewhere that attacks from stealth have been nerfed.
This will make my glass cannon build worse. Against magicka builds and cast blocking I have a hard time now.
Maybe I should take the hint.

Hi Gina, I would really appreciate an answer here as it feels I'm pushing the proverbial uphill to make a stam build work.

68% damage crit charge getting 1k non crit crit charges on PTS
1.0 attack speed down from 1.8 it wouldnt matter if they nerfed the damage by 1/3 it would still do more DPS after 1.5 just because the numbers bigger on live doesnt mean more DPS.

i am starting to realize we may be in for a serious let down if we think stamina based abilities are going to ever be equal to magicka abilities.
the only thing keeping me going at this point is hope in that champion system and skill lines, that it might hold to help my duel wield / stamina based / stealth based / medium armor wearing / dark brotherhood assassin / rouge type nightblade. and also my love for morrowind and hopes we will perhaps oneday see Vvardenfell in elderscrolls online.
i do love eso and she is a fun and great game but ...

Umm, ZOS balancing classes all time. What they mostly do is balancing classes. And they also said they they looking at stamina skills. ZOS don't want to nerf current magika stills and builds, so they thinking on how to buff stamina skills and builds. Also I heard somewhere (Live shows?) that ZOS want to try pure build without any class skills.

No but in PvP hitting really hard is the only option stam builds have. We cannot give magicka builds a chance based on the healing, CC, cast blocking combos.
In open melee, all things equal, magicka will win. All I have is stam stealth attacks. Best I can do after that if they survive is dark cloak my arse out.

✭✭✭The stamina buff is for sustained single target dps for end game pve content. Anybody who done any testing can see that there is a lot of improvement in that aspect for stamina builds. It was not a gank at twice the speed with your crappy bow buff, which is a sign that ZOS devs didn't completely lose it . Stealth attack is just part of the options u have . Its not fair to say that ZOS didnt walked long way in regard to balancing. Magic - Stamina balance is greatly improved. Now we talk about 10 % difference and before it was non comparable at all.0 -

ExiledKhallisi✭✭✭✭✭The buff to snipe is making g people overlook the serious buffs to Poison Injection, Acid Spray and Scorched earth. As well as the AMAZING buff to rally which heals better than rapid regen on a full steam build.

The nerf to stealth damage only affects stealth-style PVP, but stealth is already strong enough, and we have people complaining about stealth doing too much damage.0 -

here is a fun little thing..
that 10% weaker Lethal Arrow is now firing off back to back almost 2 times as fast as before, your Poison Injection can crit for up to 600 per tick, and i can hold 1k DPS with just spamming uppercut/wrecking blow.
if you get one hit with snipe or morphs, you will probably get in a second before they can break out of the CC now...I play every class in every situation. I love them all.1
