✭✭✭Do you mean the charged trait that can be on a weapon, or the charge option in the menu when you right click a weapon in your inventory screen?
An enchantment on a weapon can only be used so many times before it runs out. You can check the remaining energy in your inventory screen. The charged trait gives you 50% more uses. If you have a filled soul gem, you can use the charge option to replenish the enchantment bar.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
