Anyone know a YouTube video or know how much this heals you for in the vet ranks?

Around 6% of your health. 178 for 2983 health. Not very useful.
    Because I can!

That's not really the whole story. Red Diamond heals for "x"% over "x"time. If you're a tank, that can be viewed as a nice little "armor buff" for the price of 3 sp (which are very easy to come by). I have over near 100 on my lvl 44 toon who hasn't even been to cyrodiil yet
To make ESO look and feel like a PC MMO check out the following:

I was thinking Stacked with leaching strikes may be pretty awesome. Hmm although I think the flat 6% mitigation may be better from nords

Rly? For me it's a flat heal. How you get heal over time? I mean maybe it's something else?

Also, it procs only on melee skills. So, it useless if you are not melee.

You could go overkill and then put a resto staff secondary with quick siphon on.

Don't forget about the main feature of Imperial race - you don't need Imperial Motif to craft in Imperial style.

If you have Imperials, any race can craft Imperial gear.

If you have Imperial edition, every character can convert to Imperial style (BTW not all items). And when you convert - it become BoA. You can craft in imperial style on any race only if you find Imperial Racial Motif. But Imperials can craft in imperial style from the start(you don't need racial motif) and it's not BoA and you can easy sell this item.
I thought all know about it.

True I suppose I usually only craft for myself so don't care about the restrictions. I generally only sell found gear at a low price in my guilds. And yeah, we all should know everything, I agree. Let's make a big effort!!

Playing as a 2hd Melee Imperial....I can tell you that you don't notice the buff at all, along with the 10% buff to Luck (which they still wont give an answer as to what it ACTUALLY affects and not just 'oh lots of things')

Oh and since the Imperial motif is now common as muck, it's actually a slap in the face to those of us who bought the Imperial Edition since most other races now have better racial buffs than Imperials have (theirs got buffed cos they QQ'ed).

The point of paying extra for an Imperial edition was ??????? please tell me Zeni as I can see no active reason we spent £30 more than those cheapskates who bought the basic version.

You still get a 1gp horse.

and the Imperial edition was only $20.00 more in the US. If I were you I would be mad too.

You still get a free horse on every char. Which is already to P2W for my tastes.
People that didn't but the CE are the actual people with sense not cheapskates. The ones people that bought the CE only promoted this kind of abhorrent crap that plagues the gaming business. The fact that they locked one of the standard TES races for $20 made me consider not buying the game at all at launch let alone the collector edition. I am pretty sure that some people didn't buy the game because of that .

Digital Collector's edition is one of the dumbest concepts I have encountered in my life. Sorry but something that I download,I can't resell , isn't produced in a limited quantity and doesn't increase in value with time isn't a freaking collector item.

I got screwed twice over, once for living in the UK and paying stupid high amounts of Tax and second as I had to pay for a now worthless CE edition just so I could play as an Imperial (which they then went onto nerf).
Horse??? I don't think I even used my horse apart from to level the extra bag space up. I run everywhere.

I wouldn't mind but I bet as soon as the Imperial City is released i'll be treated with the same discord as the rest of the races that enter there, not as an Imperial.

Anyone know a YouTube video or know how much this heals you for in the vet ranks?

Not a HoT, an instant heal.

Why would you not put points into something that gives you a 10% chance of free heals for something you are likely doing anyway? 1/10 melee hits give you insta-heals?

The VR4 DK I group with added all three points last night after respec, offers up around 150 hp or so.

3 Skillpoints, increased survivability via passive...

Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

Being a passive bonus, having it is obviously always better than not having it. When it comes to racials, especially the "uniques" every race gets, red diamond is generally regarded as one of the weakest there is, because it is a very unreliable source of health regeneration and we already have lots of regeneration effects going on anyway.

As a race though, imperials are incredible strong for stamina builds, because with the way attributes work and with everybody stacking primary resources to softcap, we are looking at a package of +22% health with a gimmicky health regeneration effect on top of it.

The tooltip is missing the percent sign. You instantly get 2%/4%/6% max health if it procs. So if you have 3000 max health, you get 180 health when it procs. I find it very useful as a Templar because it seems like all 4 stabs of Biting Jabs can proc it. So you can keep the monster crit chance of Biting Jabs without completely sacrificing the heals of Puncturing Sweeps.

Thanks guys! Those of you that went on a rant, please stay on topic lol. If it's that big of a deal to you, spend $20. Honestly if you think it's pay to win, your rong.
