God of Schemes redo - How do I find molag bal again?

After dying a few times, I left Molag Bal. I didn't abandon the quest, though. Where do I go to confront him again? At what point do I re-enter the quest? I tried a few times and kept getting "Enter Coldharbour".

Just leave the area. Quick travel out or sumn. Quest will reset and you'll start at the beginning with the crew or four when you reenter.
