LaenurielSoul ShrivenLOL I think the way it works is, the server checks for scrolls, if one faction has at least one scroll, the rollback gives them back the other one. If the faction has no scrolls, the rollback gives no scrolls back. We got the scroll at kingscrest through massive guild cooperation, during prime time and despite a massive blue ambush at alessia bridge. It paid off

Agree though, it's overall underlying crappy infrastructure really needs work / overhaul.1 -

At least as some people have posted in your screenshot, this has worked a lot of times against us. It's not how we wanted to bring the scroll back, there are only a few things as thrilling in this game as a scroll run. We would have gotten the second one back the same way we got the first one, it was just a case of it being an hour early. #srROLLbackZOS - proving that incompetence is rewarded more often than not since 2007

✭✭✭✭So far, I know of at least 3 instances where AD lost the EP scrolls due to rollbacks and only one instance of EP losing AD scrolls due to a rollback.1 -
