Hello everyone!

I am Mike aka Grezlord of the guild WarCry, a new semi-hardcore PvPvE guild for the Aldmeri Dominion.

I am currently looking for capable, reliable and trustworthy people to join my staff as a member of The Elder Council.
As an Elder, you will be looked up to by the other members and you will have Officer privileges.
I know that the guild is small right now, but with the right people and teamwork in place, this guild can grow into a popular and successful community of people.


Elder Council Specifics:

• Help the Guild Leader with monitoring guild member happiness and retention
• Vote on major guild decisions (promotions, awards, loot distribution, rules, member removal, etc)
• Advise and make recommendations
• Be the voice of the members
• Assist the Guild Leader in making WarCry a success
• Hold Officer privileges
• And more....

Once there are a few Elders on the Council, then we will begin putting council membership to a vote. So anyone who wants to join our council will have to be voted in by majority rule. I want our Elders to be people who are here for the right reason, to want to help our members and who want to make this guild rise to the top and be a long lasting family of friends. I am very open to any and all ideas even if that means we have to make some changes so this all works for everyone. I may be the Guild Leader but the Elders will be my partners, my right hand and everyone will have an equal voice. I will trust you and I will never micro manage or dictate. Lets make this the most fun and exciting place in the world!
