Some do but it's already on twitch so might not need one. Lets see what I can remember
Update 5 is soon of course, They are adding more and more skills instead of more classes, The AOE cap isn't going away yet from what Paul said basically the server having to do all the calculations of AOE in big zergs is whats making Cyrodill so terrible. As he said the fix is the problem the problem is the fix. Still no Paul Sage PetUmm Consoles are still being worked on and apparently have their own UI meaning that everyone who said this game was being held back by console was just talking out their butts. (Like we didn't know that already). Gina is married so quit asking, Jason Leaveys hair has magical powers that he can't tlak about yet. I know there's more but I'm tired.

Something else was the appearance of vampires. He said they don't have any plans to add an option in regards of "looking like a vampire" but he said that if they do something to turn off the vampire look then by adding a costume. In his opinion its important that others can determine who a vampire is.
I have yet to figure out why it's "important" for every single player in the game to be able to tell which players are vampires when not a single flaming NPC INCLUDING other vampires has even the vaguest clue that your character is a vampire. I really don't understand why this is important even in PvP. The abilities you use will give you away but it's no more "important" to be able to "see" a vampire than it is to be able to "see" a templar. Templars may wear heavy or light armor and use a variety of weapons or staves. When do you know they are a templar? When you see that freakin' Aedric spear for one. And I don't think you SHOULD know until then. Wasn't the WHOLE POINT of individual builds and the ability to use any armor and weapon precisely so people would not be automatically pigeonholed into the obvious tropes and stereotypes of their class?
I'm also a little disturbed by the way you say he ACTUALLY said there WERE NO PLANS to allow vampires to hide their appearance, one assumes even outside Cyrodil but merely IF they were going to do something like that it'd be a disguise. I'm really annoyed that now I have to go watch this whole damn thing somewhere to find out what he really said because this was present ed to me with a MUCH more positive spin by some other folks and I was happy for all of 5 minutes about this game. Now I need to see if I actually need to go back to wanting to bee-atch slap Sage and crew. SIGH
So could some kind soul PLEASE link me the video? Thank you!

Is there an intention to make combat more skill based?
Are there plans to adjust 360 blocking?
Remove cast blocking?
And align stamina skills to be as varied and effective as magicka skills?
