Dual wielding with enchanted weapons - possible bug

I've been dual wielding (daggers) for ages but have only just realised that only the enchantment for my off hand dagger is decreasing; the charge of the main hand dagger never seems to drop unless it's used in a mouse click melee attack (so hardly ever since melee attacks are absurdly underpowered).

Blood Craze is my bread and butter attack and it is a single attack (single key press) but since it's dual wield shouldn't the enchantments from both daggers fire?

Funny, its always the opposite for me and yes you would think both enchantments would fire.

Come to think of it now that you say this, I think you may be on to something. I can only recall only needing to recharge one of the two, as well. Hmm.

In my experience, it appears that one hand only activates when using skills, and the other hand only activates when attacking with a mouse-click.

This provides interesting mechanics for having a degree of control over when certain enchantment bonuses activate.

I think you are spot on though I contradict my previous post :D .

It still seems a bit odd to me but it looks as if that's the was it's mean to work rather than being a bug (although Jitterbug seems to have both enchantments firing).
