I have up to 500k on EU and am looking for up to 500k on NA. Trades as low as 10k each time and you make the first one.

The bolded makes it seem sketchy. For all I know, the guy is on the level. But when someone initiates a proposal, then asks you to make the first trade... no thanks.

That is the point i want to make.

I know asking the other person to make the first trade is dodgy but still someone has to take that risk. If 10k is too much we can try 5k or 1k a time. It will just take more time.

Yes, *someone* has too. Logically it should be you. If you're not willing to then you have to understand why others wouldn't be as well.

Nah, he isn't. What he's proposing, is to give somebody on the EU server up to 500k, and in return the same person reciprocates in kind on the NA server. He's not asking to communicate or trade between characters from one server to the other, but instead find somebody that also has characters on both servers, then perform one sided trades on each server.

It's actually pretty easy when you get midway through the VR levels. Once your crafting skills are maxed, and don't need to deconstruct items/loot anymore, you really start to rake it in just from selling/vendoring weapons and armor.

I'm a VR6 - have almost maxed skills on most crafts (7 alts). I'll be lucky to pull in a couple of grand a week let alone that kind of money!

You still have to Farm like you were when you were bringing the skills up.

Making runs through Public Dungeons or Farm/Grind Areas and vendoring the loot (not waiting for Guild Stores or Zone Sales) is a way you can get 10 or more thousand an hour, heck maybe even 20K or more, depending on how big your bag is and how often you have to go sell. Sanguines Demense is a great place to do this as there is a Vendor in there for sales and repairs so you never have to leave.

I agree.

If he isn't prepared to trust, why should they?
Since it is primarily to aid him, he should be the one to take the first step, and send his cash to them, then if they reciprocate the whole amount (step by step of course) can continue.

No he isn't .. he creates a mule on one server and the other guy creates a mule on the server where the OP's character has the cash. no cross-region transfer needed.

It's been done many times in region-based games like WOW, LORTO (back in the day), etc. I expect, I've certainly done it twice.

At VR6, you should be able to spend an hour filling your bags with weapon/armor/jewelry loot drops, sell it all to a vendor, and rake in 2k easy-peasy. Actually, 2k would be on the low side. Just get out there and start whacking monsters on the head while you're out questing until your bags are full... vendor... repeat.
