What's the best time to go into PTS?

Does anyone know what's the best time to find other players in PTS,..for NA players,I mean. I've been there several different times and seen only a couple of people at all. I went there in the early morning,say 3 am,been there at 12 pm,and also round 6pm.And no one around.It's weird and spooky.

✭When the regular NA server is down there seem to be a few people on. People are usually testing things so they tend to be spread out but Crag was usually where I found peoplePUG Life - the true test of your skill

But be aware that testing on PTS can be a bit tricky since they don't give you what's needed to test
