Why am I reading this as "I'm mad because there is one class that I can't just two-hit kill from stealth, one class that actually can defend itself against sniper bow attacks"

if your jumping a DK get em with 3 other NB since endless furry will drive down my stamina, or get me when I am not paying attention which is on horse. But its kinda risky due to the fact I can point blank dragon leap....talon and flame lash each one of you into oblivion.

Show me one of you doing that and I will applaud you. I have virtually unlimited stamina and magicka, I can crit rush, executioner, dodge roll and vanish all I want. Still die every time.

Obviously not a bow build, but one of his bars is entirely made up NB class skills, and you do say you have unlimited magicka.

Unlimited magicka doesn't mean max spell power. The main issue here is that Stamina builds ( and particularly bow Builds) Are Rendered useless against Dk's.

In the Video you provided, Sypher isn't using anything that can be reflected by the scales.

I think a simple fix for this would be to make the spell reflect only the NEXT incoming projectile. Rather than all of them for 4 seconds.

Yeah, just have to say that, as an NB, characterizing what we can do by one or two builds really doesn't work. NB's can take down DK's solo, but only with certain builds.

But 1v1 with a bow build? yeah nope. My suggestion is to try killing somebody else, and I don't mean that as sarcasm. I mean that PvP in this game appears to be more balanced for group play than for 1v1. My build isn't bow, but its not very good 1v1 against DK's either. So I focus on killing EVERYBODY else thats supporting the DK first, while other people, say my own sides DK's, tie them up. If the DK isn't being healed, and supported by DPSr's, eventually they're gonna run dry and yer team ca grind em down.

And when I see DK's solo, I leave em alone unless I just want to test my skills for the lulz. Sometimes I find a DK who's clueless and I get them, but more often than not they burn me. But that's the weakness of my build, and I don't want to respec as an NB tank to go toe-to-toe. So that's my choice, not the weakness of the whole NB class.

Its not like new to teh game, and every other NB ive talked to said the same thing.

Unless you want to play a Skirt and staff NB who ambushes...LOL...seems lame. Bow? Pretty useless against a good DK. 2h? LOL...theres a reason 2h is getting a major revamp in teh 1.5 patch...it blows balls. The wrekcing blow is good, but acant do ***.

The shadows crap Lol ive leveling both the arhcers and 2 guys taht chase...laughbable. Talons talons...lcoedk down...no self heals or defensive. even when i blocock with full stmaina i take damge...btu when i attack a NB he dosent take any? Wtf is block good for edxcept delaying my death. Bow is great for catching a guy on a horse to lazy to buff up before running...thats pretty much who i kil...oh and like the above poster has said...leeching in combat.

I think that the mods know NB's are so broken and just want us to stop playing them so they can implement another class called the assassin/thief..... Or they all play DK vamps...............

I agree with you 100% and as a NB that is exactly how I play in PvP. I will ambush an enemy player who is going toe to toe with another player. I die a heck of a lot less and chalk up a bunch more kills. Bottom line the DK is toast and I am standing over him laughing. There are ways to get around ZOS's nerf assault on the NB Class and this is one of them. There is nothing written in stone that says you have to fight fair in PvP and as a NB I don't.

You make it sound like there's only 1 other class in the game to go up against.

2) Standard of Might's damage mitigation and damage buff

8) Magma Armor's duration

If you don't deal around 500 damage every second your doing something wrong...
What are you doing, giving him a love-tap?

Also about the title of this thread: Everyone who just sits in stealth while his comrades are fighting is useless. You don't need a bow for that

Which weapon does shadow cloak eliminate? The destro staff? Nope. The resto staff? Nope. Two hander? Nope. Sword and board? Nope. Dual wield? Nope. Bow? Nope. Detection potions, magelight, caltrops. Available to any class, any weapon. Now, which button is it that completely and entirely negates reflective scales? Oh yeah, it's soul assault. An ultimate.
