hmm that sounds like a super glitch to me. I would just keep trying to zone out, relogg and try going back in again. That happened to me when the game first came out and it was super frustrating. Eventually I got it to work though. When I went through it later, I didn't have that issue. Sorry to hear about the issue though man. Try reporting it?
