So I heard, we can cap every single skill available to our character, eventually, even after all the level caps. Is that really true?

Yes. You are however not able to use both morphs at the time. You also can't get all of the class, weapon, guild, world, race and craft skills at the same time because you do not have enough skill points. There are +300 skill points you can get but you could spend more than 400. You can have them maxed and available if you do a respec since once a skill is maxed it stays maxed even if you remove the skill point.

You can level all skills to the max, since you can level them even after hitting v14.

While there are more than 300+ skill points, 50 of these comes from pvp ranks, the vast majority of which are practically inaccessible to all but the hardcore pvp-ers. So if you want to have multiple builds available, do crafting on an alt rather than a main character.

My vr14 sorc has all crafts maxed, all restro and destro skills, all class skills that I want, all mage guild skills and most of the others. No vamp or ww. Really I have everything I want but it's true not every skill since quite a few I don't even want . So yeah, you can't get everything but don't let anyone tell you that you can't get everything you need. If I need more skill points I have a lot of the Caldwell's quest line to do, PvP dungeons to do, PvP levels too.

Also, you can't get all of the world skill lines active at one time. Werewolf and Vampire are antagonistic. It's one or the other. Though you can max them both, and when you switch to that type of critter your rank in that skill line is unaffected by your time as a mere mortal.

Turns out... I was wrong. There is a way to make a vampire/werewolf abomination. I think I know how, but I'd need to test it out first.

If you get it to work, I'm sure we'd all love to hear about it.
