ZOS: Keep WW time as it was OR Allow us to retain Ultimate in form like you can with other ultimates

The title says it all, currently in 1.5.1 ZOS has given the much needed, long awaited buffs to werewolves to bring them up to par. But felt the need to go ahead and sprinkle some poo on the buffs.

Whats the point of giving someone a bowl of ice cream if you're going to sprinkle [snip] on it?

Choose your opinion, explain why etc.

I don't understand what they did wrong. As far as I'm concerned, with the reduced cooldown of devour, you can stay in werewolf form as long as you can keep killing.

EDIT: Just found out what you meant. I haven't actually tried 1.5.1 out yet, so I thought you were referring to 1.5. My bad!

Explain the problem please? I have no idea what went bad about WW on the PTS.

WWs do pretty damn good DPS on the PTS now. The shorter base duration ultimate is actually ok with me, as long as that time FEELS like an ultimate. Which at this point, it does. I think its fine.
Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

    Makes perfect sense to me.

I'm a vampire, my brother is a werewolf; we do this to make sure we understand both skill lines fully so that we can stay informed on the subject. That being said, I had ALWAYS thought the amount of time someone could stay in werewolf form was never enough. It seemed like being a werewolf didn't have many advantages.

In this patch, they've made some pretty decent changes to the werewolf class, making them more formidable and stronger opponents. I agree with the changes they made to buff the werewolf class, speaking strictly as a member of the vampire class. I like to see that my brother is benefiting from the update. That being said, it makes no sense to make the werewolf class stronger and then also keep the same timer. This, in my opinion, is strengthening the class twice. They just increased the advantages of a werewolf AND you want to keep the same timer, too?

In my opinion, they could have done one of two things. They could have just made the timer longer and kept everything the same. That would still be beneficial to all werewolves. OR, they could increase the werewolf stats to make them stronger but then decrease the amount of time the werewolf could be in werewolf form.

Those are really the only two options to buffing werewolves without overpowering them. I'm all for making the vampire and werewolf skill lines equal and beneficial no matter which class you choose or don't choose.

Great for PVE. Terrible for PVP. People relase corpses so u cant devour them.

Werewolves still do pathetic DPS compared to being in regular human form using abilities and skills. They need a serious overhaul, none of this bandaid-on-a-sucking-chest-wound crap. There needs to be a REASON to use werewolf form. As it is, even after all the 'fixes' and 'improvements' that we have supposedly gotten, werewolf DPS is still less than you can pull off with any class abilities, -with- the added 'bonus' of being constantly vulnerable to Fighter's Guild skills and archery skills.

My werewolf has been shelved until (and more likely, 'if') they actually become worth using. I never thought I would say this, but I wish they were more like vampires (who actually give obvious benefits, not just drawbacks, to becoming one).

Of course, ZOS seems intent to nerf vampires down to the same level of uselessness as werewolves if their current trend keeps going, so maybe their supposed goal of reducing the number of vampires/werewolves in Cyrodiil will come to pass after all.
