[Proposal for New Armor Sets] How to introduce more balance!

Anyone remember the "enigma" runeword from Diablo 2, that would allow anyone with that piece of armor on to teleport like a sorceress?
What if Zeni introduced a 7-piece dropped or crafted armor set that would give a player access to one particular skill (or entire skill line) from a different class when equipped?
If EVERYONE could bolt escape, no one would have cause to complain. Same thing with talons, banner, etc., etc.,... and sorc healers could actually compete with templar healers. Sorc/templar DPS could actually compete with DK/NB dps.
This would actually, for the first time ever, allow you to "play any role with any class", which zeni has claimed since lauch but failed to actually deliver.

RIzmyy✭✭You can still play any role with any class just some work better than others. That being said I would personally not like this idea.
For instance, if I picked to become a sorcerer, then I know I am giving up the ability talons in exchange for bolt escape.1 -

DK with talons and bolt escape = OOM in 3 seconds.
And who cares? You could walk around as a nightblade with crit surge. Or YOU YOURSELF could be a sorc with talons or a dk with bolt escape. You're considering a situation in which ONE guy got bolt escape, not a situation in which everyone would have an equal opportunity in pvp. The only limitation would be actual player ability and ingenuity.

All the good DKs are magicka builds anyway, so they definitely could sustain it at least as well as sorcs can now.
That being said, while I like the general notion of opening up the classes' skill lines, I think this would only compound the problem we have right now where the good builds have too much of everything (offense, defense and utility/cc) without any sacrifice whatsoever.
I would have loved it if they had made the game with a true TES open class system to begin with, but currently we have to look at what would work within the boundaries set by the approach they chose.0
