Google search "quakecon 2014 elder scrolls online"

From what I read regarding references of 1 person ruining the experience of hundreds, I'm assuming you're hinting at forward camps. If you watch the video of the top elder scrolls devs talking about what they plan for the future of the game, you'll learn that they are planning on putting a minimum rank cap "that is, pvp rank such as legionary grade 2 for example" on forward camps.

If the devs think that's going to fix anything, they are extremely out of touch with how their game is played.

    1) many guilds sell camps in guild stores so people with low PVP ranks or low AP gain can still place camps

    2) The person in question has been in Cyrodiil long enough that the necessary PVP rank (6) is definitely his by now. And if it isn't, it's easy to gain.

    3) It doesn't stop anything. It just delays it. Now they can save AP for when they hit rank 6.

    4) Goodbye forward camps on the non-vet server then. Way to punish people who are trying to help for one bad egg that they aren't willing to ban.

    5) Anyone gaining PVP rank 6 on the non-vet server can easily just pop on over to the Vet server and chill for AP to buy camps.

    6) Actually changes nothing in terms of trollcamps and only punishes new people to Cyrodiil.
