Hey folks!
With the justice system theft, murder and all the other shiny mad and bad things will be coming to ESO. But will we be allowed to behave that way? I'm honestly not seeing me as a kind and friendly thief that always talks polite to the watchers of the law and his fellow mates.
Or as a noble, gentle and polite orc mass murderer who never let's a bad word get over his lips.
According to the rules we're not allowed to insult or negatively encounter other players. But how should that work?
Imagine a thief stealing things out of baskets at the Daggerfall market. Being seen by a "cop" (other player) and noticing this trying to get away, yells at the guardsman things like "Try to get my, ***", "You're as ugly as your mothers buttocks" or "You'll never get me, fat basterd". Insulting things.
What do you think? As long as it is clear that there is no insulting the player behind the computer but the char chasing the purp, should smack talk, even hard and explicit talk be allowed?
I think it should. Imho I think the guidelines and rules of ZOS on that matter should be updated to get us some free space for in-character playing here with the implementation of the justice system.
If I've ever offended you,
just know that from the bottom of my heart,
I really don't give a ***.
