I read in the zone chat it was just 1 guy but still... its really bad they make use of it/that its possible.

punishment??? likely YOU will be punished for violating some part of the TOS. remember, ZOS considers stuff like this "skilled" and/or a "grey area"

Honestly, nothing is going to be done. It has happened on the NA server as well. The only thing threads like this do is entertain the trolls sadly.

Believing that ZoS will punish exploiters is same as believing that Santa Claus exists.

This player found bug, found how it can be exploited and made sure that everyone sees that and report it.

P.S. It was so funny to see OP reaction to it
