Greetings dear reader!

I'm looking for an experienced addon creator, who knows how to do his stuff.

What I want specificly is a few different things:
- Reskin of the Magicka, Health, Stamina bars, as well as the compas.
- Special screen effect for abilities Shadow Cloak and Mist Form.
- Duration Timer for Stealth abilities (Shadow Cloak and it's morphs)
- Recolour of the golden text as well as other lines in the general TESO ingame menu layout.
- Special and fancy HUD indicator for vampire stages and feeding.

As it's a commission you will get paid for your work, though I expect quality from your work. If you can't paint/photoshop HUD elements, then that is not the problem. I'll poke an artist in that case.
