✭Thought they were no longer sell-able (bound) as people where making alts on other alliances just to farm this quest and then sell the item on other alliances.

When they changed it, all items (old or new) where changed to bound, but anything on the market was not removed, so when they expire, the owner will not be able to re-add it back to the market.
