I recently finished my work in summer, and wanted really to enjoy the new ESO experience for me, first things first the game fascinate me in all way, i love the point that i do not have to be in game whole days 10+ hours, like other MMORPG, first time i do enjoy game.
+ So i paid maximum subscription because was sure that i would not stop only in night blade...
-1'st day playing, smooth gameplay, except 25 min. waiting in queue for log in
-2'nd day playing, woke up, drunk coffee, put pasword, select character, location loading screen, screen freezed, force stop eso.

+Called ESO tall free telephone, waited for 35 min. (literally), called again 18 min. no answer, btw like your BOT voice.
+Sent 2 tickets, 9 hours ago, no answer
+Replied for previous message (had 1 issue in 1'st dayof playing as well), still no answer
+Lost day, without even spending 10 min playing game
Looked for 7 hours in internet for solution:
-6 times restarted PC, nothing
-Repair (4 times !!!) and restart PC nothing
-My Documents, ESO setting (REQchange from -1 to 0) changed, restarted PC, nothing
-Again called Support, nothing (this time tried German language... who knows...)
-Tried all different setting in-game, from full screen to shadow details (every time restart PC) , nothing
-Log in for 16's tries, put my password, window that i use different IP (was at the same PC) appears, saying i have password in email, ok np, go to email, copy password return to game window disappear, log in to character select without problem, Again freeze


Since, i really work hard for my money (as all we) i wish to have at least playable product, i paid for Imperial Edition, and 180 days Subs, either you return back the money, or you try make me enjoy this beautiful amazing game, i am fine with both.

    In most cases, our support team will respond to a ticket within 24 hours of submission. As crashes usually require some additional information, our CS team are the best folks to handle these types of requests. We certainly understand that crashing can be very frustrating, and they will be with you soon.

    They did responce thats true.
    Both of them did not get my problem done, just reinstalled game and stuck at 1st loading screen. cant even get to character selection.
