So in 1.5 VP is being converted to XP and they say they have been tracking xp for us all.
They also say its going to take less xp to level through Vet levels than current VP.
So if that's the case does that mean we could find ourselves higher Veteran level than we are now, when it happens.
If not, its not exactly fair. If you are max level, you'll get all your xp earnt, but if you are part way through the VR levelling process, you'll get short changed (if you remain the VR level you were, since you'll only be getting the XP for the same VR level).
If we do get the extra xp as a bonus, do we also get all that exploration and locked chest xp that we did not gain, but Zos claim they have tracked?
My hope is that they have genuinely tracked all xp earnt and that they give us that precise XP. Since the mapping of xp per level is lower than VP per level, there could be bonus levels for quite a few of us

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah... so, if you've got a weapon or armor type or whatever that isn't maxed when you pick a lock, snuf a foe, or just explore in veteran content, you'll see you do pick up XP for that.
It would kind of make sense if the XP is uncapped and it's just steadily climbing where we can't see it.
Also, it's possible our XP will be used to calculate a new vet rank on the fly, rather than us staying at the same official vet rank, when it kicks over. That isn't exactly what they've been saying, but it is possible.1 -

✭✭✭That is what they said yet I noticed on the live server it says XP under your characters level but on PTS it still says VP. So..... I don't know, gonna stop caring because it is a few more updates away from the champ system and I just wanna have fun and take it as it comes.0 -

If you don't want to level in Craglorn, and you don't want to level through questing, and you don't want to level through PVP, then I take it that you don't actually want to play this game.3 -

No idea where you are getting that I don't want to quest or play the game. I have 2 characters both deep in Cadwells gold. I PVP quite a bit too. I just don't find the idea of grinding Craglorn interesting.
I just want to know if those that are not at the VR cap will get short changed, since you need less xp per level, than vp.
If my characters were VR9 precisely when the conversion happens and they are VR9 precisely after the conversion, then I'm not getting all the xp I have earnt, since many more things award xp than vp. Potentially if I get all my xp, I could even be vr10+, since the mapping is changing too.
What has that got to do with not playing the game?1 -
