They told us at the Guild Summit, that we'll get Jewelcrafting (rings a. s. o.), but not soon. So we can expect that in the future.

Equally, there is no definitive indication as to how it will work. It can only be assumed that it will function similarly to existing crafts (decons/upgrades, etc)
They'll add eventually, but I don't think it's high on their list. Makes it rather hard to complete certain sets without.
Personally, I think all sets (crafted and looted) should have all possible item varieties (armor, jewelry, weapons). You may have to work harder to farm it, but any combo build could be created that way.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

✭Jewelry drop rates have, um, dropped dramatically. No Warlocks and all i get is Destructive Mage (crap), Footman, Ophidian and Healer. It's getting really hard to make good combinations of set armor+jewelry. Hurryup Zos with jewelry crafting!On hiatus.
