It honestly kind of surprises me that you'd be doing that in the forums editor. I know for my own work I tend to use Notepad (well, technically Notepad++) for cleaning up HTML before pushing it live.

I've been using TextPad for a lonnnnnnng time. Its the text editor of choice for windows users, IMHO.
The reason I suggest it for Gina, is that it has a syntax highlighting feature. So, you can turn on HTML Highlighting, and it will tell you if your tags are proper/matching up.0
