I've been getting a kuta almost every day. I think the RNG just hates you.

I had been receiving Kuta somewhat regularly; but I also have gone several weeks without receiving any. For every ten emailsI receive, two will have only a potency stone, three will have potency and essence stones only with the other five containing all three types of stones but nary a Kuta among them.

I don't doubt the authenticity of the reports from the people saying they're not getting them. Nor do I doubt the reports of the people saying they are.

What I doubt is the random nature of this reward schedule system.

ZOS did confirm they had found a bug with this and reported it fixed on September 29th in the patch notes.

Fixed an issue where Enchanter Hireling mails were not providing the correct items.

However, in the time since the patch notes, I still have not received any Kutas. I'm not even asking that they somehow give those of us who have had this bug for months anything to recompense us. I'm just asking for this bug to stop.
I have hirelings for all the other professions, and I have no problem getting legendary items on those, just NO Kutas.

yeah Kuta seems more rare, could just be bad luck, but I dunno...seemed like for a while I was getting 1 every other day, now it's been a week since I got one.

I contributed to the last thread on this topic because I had not received a Kuta since 1.4 with multiple 3/3 hirelings. Within the next week I received one.

My biggest worry is that they are secretly capping the number of rare mats a single account can receive, and in a mathematically unsound way. When players report of almost daily kuta with one 3/3 hireling and you have 6+ 3/3 hirelings and receive less than 1 kuta per week, you would like to know the ultimate truth of the matter. Are the reports gross exaggerations or is something else going on.

RnG over the long haul should result in a similar number of wins, except for few outliers. I suppose all folks complaining could be outliers. However, with multiple 3/3 hirelings, being an outlier should be rarer than winning the lottery.

I have received less than ~54 kuta since launch and I believe I am working on 7/8 for 3/3. Have had 8 2/3 hirelings for a long time.

I have recently upgraded all my characters to level 32 enchanting and 3/3 hirelings. Over the past weeks, I have been getting significantly less Kutas than expected, around 1 every 6 12-hour periods, with 8 different hirelings adding up.
Kutas are still being delivered but with much lower chances than before.

I have received a total of 5 Kutas as of this morning since last Friday. Prior to that, I was getting one or two a week. I have gotten 12 Kuta's in total since I activated my L3 Hireling a few days after the Enchanting Patch. I have also received more than 16 Rekuta's and about the same amount, maybe a little less, of the Blue and Green.

Weird, I never had an Enchanting Hireling until recently. I started getting Kuta's as soon as I went L3 (I got two for the brief period of time I had the hireling at L2). My first mail after the hireling was a Kuta, then the next a Rekuta (or maybe the other way around). On average, until this weekend, it was about 1/2 a week, then this weekend, at least one a day. I think Saturday I got two, one in the morning and one in the evening.

I only have one hireling.
