Armor Sets

Hey all,

Which armor sets have you found to be the most beneficial to your character, and why have you chosen to use them?

Have you found it worth while to invest time into crafting a particular set, or is there a better one available through PvE or PvP?

I've started crafting sets lately and just wanted to get some discussion going to spread ideas around. Right now I'm playing a tank build and have found the crafted "Death's Wind" set to be pretty awesome.

Also found this page which has a lot of good info: http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Sets

My sorc uses Willows Path set.
My DK and Templar use Alessia's Bulwark set.

But that's not set in stone.

Nice... Alessia's Bulwark is a good one which I wasn't aware of. Would be a good alternative to Death's Wind as a tank for sure. Thanks!

Up until you can get into Craglorn (and can get the higher level Vestments of the Warlock pieces), for sorcerer a combination of Willow's Path and Armor of the Seducer is pretty good IMO. I'm going with 5x Seducer and 3x Willow's Path.

    Bonuses:

    +156 Max Magicka
    +20 Magicka Recovery
    +4% Spell Crit
Armor of the Seducer (Reduce the Magicka cost of abilities by 8%)

Edit: This does not include jewelry, which atm is pretty random for me (whatever I've found that reduces spell cost).

Sweet. Thanks for the ideas everyone, good stuff here. You know I never actually thought about crafting for use of two sets... 5 of one and 3 of another is a great idea. Death's Wind (5 piece) is my go-to as a tank but now I'll have to figure out another to use with the remaining pieces,

I'm using 5 pieces of Hunding's Rage and 3 pieces of Ashen Grip. Medium armor and a bow.
